2004 Ford Expedition Question: Clicking in the rear air unit

 Rookie

My 2004 expedition rear air unit is making a clicking noise every time I turn it on, the good thing is that cool and warm are come out but I just don't know what it is? any advise?

    Noises are tricky, the first thing to do is locate the source of the noise, then try to determine what it takes to fix the noise. The noise can be a sign that something is about to break, so I would get it looked at before that happens, maybe the next time you have it in for a service.

    it is your rear a/c door blend acuator most likely. easy to fix. simply remove the plastic inside body panels on the passenger side in the rear cargo area. This will expose two boxes. The lower one is the blend acuator.
