    I've found the Parts and Service Staff (Cashier included) to be very friendly, polite and informative no matter what the question they're asked.

    Service Desk Reps are willing to help, teach or give advice when asked. Service respects my requests (to not wash my car / observe tire pressure), and my car is returned within the time that is estimated.

    A free wash (exterior) is offered with service and maintenance.
