  I took my 2003 VW Passat to this shop because the check engine light was on. They called me a week later and told me the car was ready. I paid close to $250.00 and drove the car about a block before it died, I drove the car back to the shop and all they said was to park it and they would look at it. Another week went by and I stopped by to see how things were going, the car was parked in the same place and they never even lifted the hood. I took the owner out to the car and we open the hood to try and figure out why the car was not running. I grab one of the spark plug wires and pulled on it and it broke off in my hand. They replaced all of the spark plugs and wires at cost of $300.00/ This is the type of shop if they can’t fix the issue they just park the car until they have time to work on it. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANY VEHICLE BACK TO THIS SHOP FOR REPAIR.
