Dear City Garage,
I wanted to express my deepest thanks to the team at City Garage Plano (Independence and Spring Creek) - specifically, store manager, Patrick. Last year, my Saturn dealership closed down, so I was on the hunt for a new garage - one that I could trust. I happened upon City Garage. I was having some sort of engine trouble...and when I called, Patrick took the time to ask me questions about the problem. When I brought it in the next day, it was a bigger issue than previously thought. He offered me a ride home and would call when the car was ready. I was sold! I just thought....how nice that I get a ride home!
So, fast forward to February of this year when my old Saturn developed what seemed like a perfect storm of problems. Was it the battery? Fuel Pump? I don't think I helped in my description of the problem. But Patrick did figure it out and all is good with the car.
What I really want to express is my thanks for the great SERVICE I received. They picked me and my car up from home...made sure I got to work, etc. It is always frustrating to have car trouble...but having Patrick and the City Garage team on hand made it so much better.
I'm in the service industry and I always appreciate when I receive outstanding service. And OUTSTANDING SERVICE Is what I received. I hope you will share this with the rest of the City Garage Corp Team. I had an opportunity to speak with Patrick about his job. He spoke of a wonderful company and great leadership. I think that kind of culture trickles down, so THANK YOU!
Though I joked with Patrick that I did not want to see him "for a very long time", I know that when I do need my car serviced, it will be in the BEST hands!!
