Question: cigarette lighter

 Rookie

lighter casing fell apart while unplugging my phone charger. Have bought a new one - how do I install it? have removed the console cover, but need info about connecting lighter. Understand I must disconnect battery cable (-), but don't know how to connect...where can I get info?
