Question: Cigarett lighter and rtadio not working

I was plugging in my phone charger to my cigarette lighter and all of a sudden the cigarette light didn't charge my phone anymore and the radio stopped working. I think a fuse blew how do i fix it?

    The Front Cigar Lighter is located in the Integrated Power Module (IPM) under the hood. Fuse #5 (20amp) See your owner manual for the exact location.
