I get a vibration when I apply brakes..was told that the brakes may need cleaning and adjusting
They mostly stay off now, but sometimes when you start the car they will come back on. Stay on for a couple starts then off again. Started about a week ago. We bought the van used. Has 40,000 miles.

To take the assembly off, I noticed a small bolt (in front) holding it. I removed the bolt, but I was unable to pull it (the assembly) forewrd. Is there somethging else on the inside holding it?
Mechanic said it's tire noise but it's so loud I turn the radio up to drown it out! I also have a slight vibration in the steering wheel that almost puts my hands to sleep
