Service wasn't fast enough.
They provided the exact service we requested and didn't expand on it, they didn't request more work to be done. They are also very honest.

It is extremely hard to find the aftermarket tires for my car, every shop I called didn't have any but I called Christie's and they had them readily available.

They did what they said they were going to do, charged reasonable rates, diagnosed the problem properly, informed us and then road tested it before they would give us the car back. Just a group of very nice people, Gary especially and John from the tow truck, they were nice from the first time we were in. They were prompt and very nice and laid my fears to rest about where we were going.
They said I had a hose leaking and they charged me for the hose. Then they said it wasn't the hose, it was the water pump. It cost me an extra 500 dollars. They should have diagnosed it right the first time.
It has only been two weeks since I had the service done. So far so good.
His service is quick they got me in and out me out right away. I had a flat tire, he looked at it and had it in stock and in 15 to 20 minutes the tire was back on.

They replaced a starter which was standard work but it seemed very overpriced. Five days later on Christmas morning the starter went out and I had to be towed in to have it replaced. I was satisfied with the service but the part was bad that they put in where it went out in just five days. They were very pleasant and easy to work with.

I had my car towed over there. I asked them to let me know what was wrong and what the charges would be. The antifreeze was leaking and they put some in. It drained all out. They overcharged for a fuel pump. They did things that did not need to be done. The bill should have been small but ended up being $600 and the car was still not fixed. I asked them the bring the car back to me and they said they could not. I got someone to get my car back to me. I found someone else to fix my car. They came and picked it up and returned it to me. They said a part had been put on wrong and that is why the antifreeze drained out. There were some fuses blown and they did not understand how that could have happened. They fixed what needed to be done to have the car run well. It was only $80. They also washed my car inside and out.
They did what I needed and quickly.
I took my truck to a different place to get something fixed and it broke and cost me 700 dollars, so then I went to Christies and it only cost me 75 dollars, they do quality work. The first time I went there I had a part that broke and would have cost me 4,000 dollars, but they re-welded the part and only charged me 600 dollars.
I am not happy. They did not do what they said they were going to do. It took a long time to get the work done that they did. I had to go somewhere else to have the work done that was needed.
I have had that work done in North Carolina at a Napa, and when I got to Florida I had the same work done and it was done correctly.
They were very good and helped me with everything. He showed me everything he was doing.
I've been there twice and they have been excellent, with good prices, trustworthy and they are the only place I will go.
They were extremely knowledgeable about my car and how to fix it, they are very customer oriented, they know how to explain how to go through a finance company if I ever need to.
