I came into the shop for a battery and some coolant. I was pressured into two unnecessary tests that were totally just upsells according to my mechanic. Live and learn....I will never return and I will let all friends, family and acquaintances know.

The Mechanic that worked on our vehicle seemed very peeved that I was complaining about a large pool of old oil, underneath my vehicle, upon picking it up. As I've stated previously, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me with their work at Christian Bros. Mark, the Office Manager was very courteous and professional, but, was very embarrassed by another employee's inability to do his job completely, or, the mechanics cleaner was off that day?

Labor is expensive so I usually do it myself but I need my starter changed and I don't like to attempt that without a lift if I'm in a hurry so I took it in to the best shop in the area.

I like the way they treat me when I go in. They spend however much time it takes to make everything right. I have dealt with them for two and a half years. They make me feel like I am the only customer in the world.
The check engine light was on in my car, so I took it in and they had it for over a week. Then ended up putting a brand new computer in it, but the check engine light was still on. I love them guys down there, they're nice, they've been really good to me in the past, and they were as helpful as they could be. But for this one issue they just 't able to figure out what the problem was, and now $1,200 later I still have the same problem.
