I had a little problem. I took it home and the headlight didn't work. I took it back and they fixed it. Then when I got home I found the light bulb and trash and somebody's screwdriver. I had to take it back twice. I didn't want compensation but they could have said something.
The service and quality was good. The only negative was the price. I paid one hundred fifty dollars for a job that should have been around fifty dollars. That's the only reason to keep me from going back.
They didn't tell me over the phone that they were going to charge me one hundred dollars for diagnostics. They should not have charged me that after they had done the job.
They are very thorough, and very professional. They can be on the pricey side, but they provide very comprehensive service.

They worked on the driver's side rearview mirror for me, everything turned out fine and they got the work done quick. I had wanted them to do one other thing for me, and replace the gauges on my dash, but it was too expensive. I had gotten three estimates for it, and Christian Brother's was too expensive.
I had the alternator fixed. They did it in a timely manner, and they were extremely courteous.

When I went in, they gave me a whole laundry list of things that they claimed needed to be done, but that I had already done to the vehicle. I got just the bare essentials done at this shop, and decided to wait until I could talk to my regular mechanic for everything else.
I was happy. The only reason I didn't give them a ten was because, at first, I had a hard time communicating the price. I had been there previously and they informed me of my quote. So, I called them back a few months later and they got me the quote like the next day to get the service done. They were cool about it and they did a simple service. They didn't charge me for the inconvenience.
It was very good, although we are maybe having some issues where we may need to take it back. They have been very helpful though, and they called us to follow up on how things were going.
