Most recent was poor phone behavior, that resulted in me going to a different repair shop.
The previous time was told unnecessary repairs that would have been very costly and I am so happy I had it towed out.
Great customer service experience, although the issue I had still remains (noisy alternator). The customers service technician explained the reason why and what should be done in case the noise continues, I just wish it could have been corrected the first time. Despite that, it was a positive experience and I would recommend CBA for other auto repair needs.

Keith was very helpful in getting us the correct repairs, was able to work around our schedule and gave us periodic reminders. Price is fair compared to other repair shops but you guys were able to get it done faster than the other repairshops.
My experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was wonderful. It is rare to experience such phenomenal customer service, so I like to brag on the businesses that exceed my expectations. To start, the staff is always very friendly (particularly Justin and Keith when I've checked my vehicle in) and I've always felt that they were truly listening to what I had to say. I didn't feel as though I was 'shrugged off' either of the times I've taken my car there and explained what I was concerned about. I dropped my car off on a weekday afternoon so my husband was working at the time. I had planned on ordering an Uber driver to pick me up and take me back to my West Knoxville home. When I told them this, I was informed that they provide a shuttle service and would be happy to take me home. The owner himself (Cory) drove me home and was very polite. I am always VERY encouraged to see a strong management/owner presence such as this, indicating that the 'boss' does not feel as though he/she is above everyday employee tasks. Throughout the process of them fixing my car, Justin called me several times to give me updates and thoroughly explain what was going on and why they were suggesting the repairs that they were. I never felt like they were trying to sell me on unnecessary work. When my husband and I went to pick up the car, Justin again went through all of the repairs they did and why they did them so that my husband could be informed as well. Several days later we received a hand-written 'thank you' card in the mail from the owner, in addition to a $20.00 gift card to a local restaurant. I was very impressed. Gestures like that go a long way with me. I will continue giving Christian Brothers Automotive my business and I will definitely share my experience with others.

I had a great experience. I had received a defective alternator fro Advance Auto. Keith was able to work with Advance and get it switched out and installed for me without me going through the hassle myself. Keith is the man!
From start to finish, I was extremely impressed and pleased with the service I received. Keith & Justin kept me informed via text messages with the progress of the repairs each step of the way. The work was completed when promised, the price was what was quoted, and my vehicle has truly never run better. Having car trouble is never fun, but Christian Brothers made it as painless as possible.

Always positive... the only reason the job wasn't finished was rust from us living in New England froze up a couple of the nuts that weren't really needing to be adjusted anyway... they sprayed on an agent to see if they'd loosen and asked that I come back in a week or so for that fractional adjustment. As I said, I appreciate you guys.

My problem was fixed on the first try for a fair price and everyone is very friendly.
We had some major repairs done to our Mini - the kind of repairs that would have to be done whether we kept it or sold it (new clutch and flywheel). It was painfully expensive BUT Cory and Keith were wonderful to work with and the work was done quickly and we were fully informed each step of the way. And we know it would have cost twice as much had we taken the car to Mini of Knoxville...

I had such a wonderful time at Christian Brothers. The employee (I forget his name) who actually rung me up for my brake pad and rotor change was so friendly. He knew what he was talking about and explained some things to me that I didn't know. Plus, he brought up how I need my ac filter changed. I feel like I've been beaten around the bush before. they help me out and let me know whats wrong with the car. they tell me to come back later to fix it all at once. I took it over there twice and the first time I had to get my alignment done. I came back the next day and they checked it instead of putting the blame on me, they took it on themselves to check it themselves. It is the fact that they are friendly and didn't beat around the bush. They didn't make me pay more. The finished product meets my satisfaction.
They are the cleanest shop I have every seen. The employees are very polite, I had a chance to speak with the mechanic and that is why I feel they are knowledgable. They are on the expensive side but it is worth it. I like that they provide a pick up and drop off service and they are much better than Pet Boys where they beat around the bush, kinda fix things that don't need fixed. I'm very satisfied with this garage and will not go to anyone but this shop.

We took it in and had it fixed, spent 700 dollars on it and the next day it did the same thing. I took it in again and it is still doing the same thing. The engine light is still on. I don't like spending 700 dollars and not getting what I paid for.
Our Hyundai factory trained technician originally properly diagnosed this 2011 Accent with a misfire due to a bad ignition coil. We replaced the coil and repaired the misfire. 1000 miles later, the check engine light (CEL) came on again for a different problem, the knock sensor was defective. Thank you for alerting us to the CEL and allowing us to help you fix your problem. We look forward to seeing you next time!
