The shop is highly competent at delivering service, and always deals with you honestly. However I have noticed that they are considerably more expensive than other mechanics in the area, especially for a diagnostic work-up.
They were upfront and honest with us. We just had a service light go ff in the console and didn't know what it meant, so we took it in to have them check it out. They told me a couple things that could be the cause, but they didn't have enough evidence to actually service anything and that it could just be a faulty service light. I appreciate that honesty.
I always go there. I live a few miles away but I go out of my way to go there. I give them high marks. I'm on a first name basis with the mechanics and the techs there. I subscribe to the same Christian values they have. I always tell people about them.
They did a good job. I've had repairs there before, and we are repeat customers. All customers want to be treated fairly and trust that they won't be over-diagnosed or over charged. I feel I can trust that won't happen for this shop.
They can be hit and miss sometimes, with their ability to correctly diagnose the issue. Also the communication, it's not always clear if they understand my questions and my perspective on the problems.
They were really friendly, and the found exactly what was wrong with the car and got it right back to me in a few hours. They answered a lot of questions that I had about what was wrong with the car, and they gave me some suggestions about what could have lead up to it. They were really friendly as far as answering my questions and making sure I had the answer I was looking for.
