The tire and loading information label on the driver's side door frame may be inaccurate. A misprinted label could lead to overloading of the vehicle, which could possibly lead to tire failure and a crash.
Some cargo vans may not have a tire and loading information label on the driver's door frame. This does not conform to the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard. Plus, the owner may not know the correct tire size and overload the vehicle.
On certain vehicles the parking brake may not operate properly. Resulting in unintended moment of vehicle and possibility of crash.
The outboard release handle on a second row bucket seat may be activated during a side impact crash. This could cause the rear seat latches to disengage, increasing the risk of injury to the seat occupant.
