replaced ignition lock and housing (new tumblers, springs to match to original key. Worked fine at home, put it in the car key was turning, after putting the cover, battery and GEAR SHIFT back to park position the key won't turn anymore. I took the cover off the shift assembly and manually shifter gears back and forth to make sure it's sitting it park position. I am able to put the key in and out, but no turning.
gas gauge works sometimes and sometimes not
the water is bubbling in the reservoir bottle but its not hot the car is not overheating. once the water gets pushed into the reservoir bottle it goues out onto the ground.
all lines disconnected ... can't see what holds accumulator mount to the fenderwell
the seal in between the cv axle and transmission seems to be coming out.and there is a squeel coming from that area.
is the output bearing hard to replace?
need to change the seal the cv axle goes into.cant get the cv axle tto come out.
the two lights on the climate control went out and the heat/air stoped working.then the windows wouldnt go down unless the ac or the circulation lights came on. on the climate control which would come on from time to time but now not at all.i was told it was the cotrol unit it self i changed it but it didnt work.i put a code reader on it and it said heat sensor 1&2 was out.
it seem like its sputtering and i had the wires and the coils changed so what do i do next??
After 110 miles or so
Sometimes the orange low-fuel light will come on and sometimes it doesn't. Mileage on half a tank of gas varies from 35-45 miles. Spark plugs & wires & intake manifold gasket were recently replaced. No lights other than the low-fuel light come on. The temperature gauge was going toward hot (about 2 increments past the half-way mark). Pulled car over immediately. Once cool opened the hood and notice coolant under the reservoir tank. Added more coolant & it hasn't ran hot since. Based on the issues mentioned, does it sound like I have something that needs to be diagnosed at a shop.
i can't get it to do that. but it does idle ruff. and intake is leaking a little. fuel pump pressure is goog.
I can clear the code and it stays off for a day or so. Will this sensor cause any major problems until I can get it repaired? Is it an easy fix or do I have to take it to a dealer?
i put thermastat in new antfreez bleed fans work & ran fine for four days
patrick said fuel pump presure should be 41 to 47 it has 49. this car hesatates wright off idel. i think its tps. but could 49 pounds be to much
