what does code 17 mean on 2005 chevy aveo

I DO NOT SEE ANY WET SPOT UNDER THE CAR. I DON'T THINK IT'S COMING FROM TH HEATER CORE ...

i have checked the fuses and circuit breakers and the problem is not fixed

I understand that is probably a shifter problem, what do I do to fix it???
