    They do not honor thier coupons from their website yesterday 10/4/07 I took my 1993 volvo 850 there because I thought I had a torn inner cv boot it turned out it was just oil or grease leaking onto the boot making it look like a torn boot.I used their coupon 44 complementary check and $10 off oil change.I changed my oil about 500 miles ago so I did not need an oil change.I just wanted the complementary check.After the complementary check was done I got in troble my the service manager because I was suppose the have an oil change to get the complementary check.I guess it was a miscommunication.I did not know you must do both.But that should have been told to me before I brought the car in.The parts and prices for service at that place are very expensive.I probably will not go there again.Their coupons should be more understanding it did not say must do oil change.Luckily the service manager did not make me pay but was totally pist with me.It is ashame because I live in philadelphia,pa and this it the volvo dealer that is closest to my house there are no volvo dealers in the downtown philadelphia area you will have to go outside of philadelphia to go to a volvo dealer.
