    The 2 day oil change. On a previous visit, they got a repair that I need done, but it took 2 days, which was fine because they called me to ask for the extra time. This time, I dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change, and they said that they would call me. They never called, so I started calling repeatedly at 4:15 p.m. to check on the status of my car. They never answered the phone and I was unable to get there by closing at 5 pm. When I got there, with my spare key, they had locked my car inside the garage. They locked my car up without even calling me! Never again! You can't keep a car overnight to do an oil change and not even communicate with the owner about it! There'll be hell to pay tomorrow morning!
