There are two possibilities causing the chirping noise. The A/C belts like to make this noise and only need to be replced to fix it and the water pump pulley causes this noise. What happens is the belt rides the pulley in one spot as it rotates and wears away the paint on the pulley. You can see this yourself. The belt then rides the paint on both sides causing the noise. You can remove the belt and use a high grit sand paper such as 600 grit to remove the paint. This wont hurt the pulley or cause any damage in the future. If you hear the noise in the morning and it goes away then forget everything i said. Its just moisture on the pulleys. Theres nothing that can be done for that.
