Acura say there is no real need to change the transmission oil unless the truck is being used under extreme circumstances. There is a large drain plug toward the center bottom of the transmission oil pan. At the driver's side front of the transmission oil pan there is a smaller bolt head (Acura call it an over fill plug) with the engine running and the transmission fluid at a temperature of 90 to 135 degrees F when his plug is opened fluid should just dribble out of this hole, if not the fluid needs to be topped up through this hole using a syringe or filling tool. The transmission takes Dexron fluid.
