After changing the oil, I got a check engine light. I have no faults according to my scanner and it erases the computer. However, the light is still on?

Bret Bodas from RepairPal Test Shop, January 11, 2010, 16:10ReplyMasterIf the check engine light is on, there must be a code, check the engine and transmission control modules. You may have a scanner that doesn't work on this vehicle, try to use another one.
