1999 Saturn SL2 Question: Check engine light on.

jimartphoto, 1.9L 4 Cylinder DOHC, Signal Hill, CA, May 15, 2010, 13:09

Rookie

Computer diagnosis indicates problem with secondary exhaust pump and O2 sensor. Replaced all related parts, recycled on board computer but light remains on. Need to get smog certification at Smog Only station. What to do?

You'll need to get this looked at by an experienced mechanic, these engine light problems are complex and take special diagnostic skills to fix, it's almost never as simple as pulling diagnostic codes and replacing parts, as you're finding out.
I suggest finding a smog station that is a "Blue Shield" repair shop.
