    This code indicates the thermostat is most likely stuck open, have you noticed the temp gauge reading lower than half way when you have driven the car for ten or fifteen minutes or that the heater operation isn't as good as it was? I would look at information on the scan tool and see what the actual indicated temperature is.If it is the thermostat replacing it and the coolant would be about 1.2 hours on the 2.0L engine, 1.5 hours labor on the 2.3L engine, $20 coolant $16 for t/stat and gasket.
