IS THERE A WAY TO RESET MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT SO I CAN PASS EMISSIONS?

    Your car has on board diagnostic 2 (OBD2), it requires a scan tool to retrieve codes stored in the computer and the fault fixed other wise the system check to see certain parameters are met or it will turn on the light again. A smog test station will check that all monitors (state requirement) and tests have been carried out by your car before they do the smog test otherwise everyone would just disconnect the battery to get the light to stay out sometimes only for a very short while.
