2004 Lincoln LS Question: check engine light

does anyone know a good mechanic that knows what they're doing ? Had 6 check eng. lites on over 6 yrs. and cost alot to repair. it's on again now. helppppppp
can't depend on lincoln dealers to work on it. it seems that a month after they fix it another light comes on and this time it's a different coil.recall ?? ya right

    Go to a auto parts store like Advance, Autozone or the like. The store will code out the computer free. Once you have the codes post them here.
    Just because the dealer sells the vehicles that doesn't mean they know how to fix them. Seek out a lincoln experienced tech.

    Those ignition coils give a lot of problems and don't always set a code/identify the cylinder that is misfiring.
