2001 Saturn SL1 Question: Changing tire size

Can I put 185/75/14 tires on my 2001 Saturn sc1?

    ck with tire shop to make sure they will clear the wheel wells and fenders

    As long as it fits in the wheel arch. Check your ins policy sometime a spec change from the manufacturers affects your insurance.

    Orginal tire size is 185-'65' x 14, the 185-'75' x 14 is probably going to be to tall (outside diameter) and likely rub the inner fender when turning. The 185-'70' x 14 should work just fine if you want a taller tire. The ONLY way to know for sure is have one mounted on the front and drive the car, turning the steering wheel full stop both ways! Or talk to someone that has actually tried this alyeady!!!
