Question: changing the oil pan

I'am changing my oil pan. I cannot remove one bolt that by the transmission transfer cas. How do I removed it

    jag charges around a grand to replace that gasket because you have to lift the motor and take transaxel assembly loose just to get to that one stinkin lousy miserable bolt. good luck!
