I just did my forst oil change at 5673 miles. I used 10w-30. I live in brooklyn, NY, it doesn't get that cold. Is it ok to use 10w-30. the manual says 5w-20?

You should stick with what Honda recommends, why use something different and create possible problems? The engine is designed to use 5w-20, why not use it.
