For a repair this involved it is important to have the correct information. A website that allows you a one year subscription that is very reasonably priced is http://www.alldatadiy.com/ they have year and model specific factory workshop manual information, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, component locations ect..

I pulled a 302 out of an 83 ford, and am now trying to put a 6 cyl. in. The 6cyl. had a manual tranny and the the pickup has an automatic tranny. What do I have to do to get this to match up?
My vehicle jerks when going 30 mph or less and usually around 60 mph or going up an incline. It does not jerk at interstate speeds. When I let up off the accelarator, the jerking ceases.
