do you have to take the serpentine belt off in order to change the air conditioner belt?

    Yes, you do have to remove the serpentine belt off to gain access to the A/C drive belt. First loosen the locking nut, then loosen the adjusting bolt to the tensioner pulley assembly until the belt can be removed.

    I just got it changed myself. I problem is getting to the belt both serpentine and a/c belt. You have to go under the cars which is hard for chrysler because set to low.
