Question: changed headlights & bulbs now they will not work i checked the wires connected

bought new headlight and bulbs checked all the wiring to ensure they are connected properly now the both headlights that i changed out will not work

    I just had issue with a beetle like this. Did you have to turn little rod to remove headlight? If so we had to find right spot to hold it in connector just right. Some dielectric grease in connector helped also. you can find small packet at parts store.
