Car parked at hospital deck. Drove car about 50 yards and heard grinding sound. Saw flat on front right tire. Changed flat to spare tire & parked at deck again. Then saw spare tire was now flat - seemed fine before. What could be wrong and any idea on cost estimate to fix? Our newborn is in ICU & we visit her daily. Need to fix ASAP. Thanks a million!

Unfortunately you need to take least one ( I suggest both) of the damaged tire to the nearest tire shop and get it repaired.
Make sure there is nothing in the area where you parked that could damage the tires.

Thanks for the lightning quick response! I am concerned I may have damaged something by driving the car with the flat tire. It seemed odd that the spare tire was fine before placement and then flat again once parked in a different space. If it is just the tires I would be ecstatic. I am petrified that it may be something more serious.

I hope it's nothing serious. There is one more thing that you can do. Most parts store sells a "Fix-a-flat" cans, they are fairly cheap, usually less that $10, you can attach the can to your tire's valve and put the entire content of the can into the tire. There is a material that will seal punctured holes and also inflate the tire so you can drive it to a tire shop to get a permanent repair. Just follow the instructions on the can. It's a good, inexpensive back up and won't take up much space.

THanks Zee! Compact, inexpensive and effective is a nice "triple play". I definitely will look into your suggestion.
