This estimate is very reasonable for a Timing Belt, Pulley, Tension er, Water Pump, (and a multi v belt if needed.) Keep in mind if the water pump is not leaking you can opt to not replace it. It is replaced as a preventative maintenance - if the water pump starts to leak there is overlap of labor with the timing belt. Also if the timing belt pulley fails it can throw the timing belt.
