Change high mount brake light on 2002 Toyota Camry

How do you change your high mount brake light bulb or 3rd brake light?? I opened the truck and I don't see any way of getting to the light bulb. I can't figure out how to get to the light bulb to replace it.

Kneeling on the back seat facing the rear windscreen you will see the plastic housing that surrounds the third brake light. On either side of the plastic housing are two plastic clips( smaller in diameter than a dime) They look like a bulls eye. Push in the center of the bulls eye with a small screwdriver and gently pry out the remaining part of the clip. You will then be able to remove the housing to gain access to the bulb.

look closely you'll find where the wire is comming out of the light. Just twisted counterclock wise and the you'll take the whole thing out, take then the bulb out and replace it.

Ok I got the upper stop light to work just by changing the bulb. Now does that mean that the tail light relay and the brake light switch still works or could they still be bad? Also my turn sign...
My car shakes pretty badly whenever I'm sitting at a stop light - basically whenever my car is not in park. Is this just because of the idle being so high?
