    I haven't been back in a year. I took my car in - just for a service - and since I had a baby with me, opted to take the courtesy bus home. Two people promised me I would get my car back for the school run. I had to call them through the afternoon (each time it was "being worked on now") and finally near school run time asked them to send the bus to get me. When I arrived the car was parked out front. I asked if I needed to pay and I was told "oh! we never did the service!" Waste of a day and when I tried complaining to the manager he just looked at me and tried to tell me they were busy.
    Work I have had done there in the past I have suspected has been oversold.
