I feel that we were falsely misguided to believe that we were getting a detailed to the penny diagnoses for $50 to get my vehicle there to the shop. Once it was there they said it was going to be around $500 for the to the penny detailed diagnoses. That if we didn't use them we had to pay for the diagnoses and tow. That is was only 50 if we used them. I was pretty much told that if we didn't use them it was going to use Certified that we would have to take it out in pieces. I feel that it was a total scam!!! To put a person between a rock and hard spot so they had to use Certified. We had to pay over $250 to get my vehicle back and we still had no idea what was wrong with our transmission. I think The Ghephart approval, triple A approval and BBB is Bull....!!! I have never been treated to badly and lied to by a business. I will never recommend this company to anyone!!!..I will make sure to deter them in another direction. This company is nothing but a scam and fraudulent. I would really like my money back!!!
We brought our truck in for a service and to check out our transmission. They never did the service and wanted to do hundreds of dollars of work for something that wasn't even wrong. When we took it to another tranmission place there was nothing wrong. They were just trying to get us to spend a lot of money because they knew that we needed our truck over the weekend and had boiled over the tranmission fluid recently so they just wanted to make up some excuse to have us spend money. Luckily my brother is a mechanic and when I called and told him the problem he said that it was baloney and to go somewhere else. So we still ended up paying around $200 for them to not even service the transmission but to just diagnos something that wasn't even wrong!!!!
They are a complete rip off. If your tranny fails you might as well plan on replacing it completely because these guys will take it apart and then if you change your mind charge you to reinstall broken tranny. Your left with only one option and they know it. Complete Overhaul. So be smart, take your tranny problem stright to your dealer. They will save you money.
