I had a great buying experience, but on the service side of the business, I was not pleased. My most recent and last visit to the service department was the worst. I received a call from my advisor telling me that one of the technicians dented my car when they were moving it. And to make matters worse, my advisor then tells me that they won't have any loaners for 2 weeks, and if I need a rental car, I would have to come out of pocket. I was highly dissatisfied at this point. After multiple calls to the service manager and the owner, I was then given a free rental through enterprise. I was completely disappointed for the simple fact that I had to go through all of this trouble for something that was not my fault.
