I bought a car and have been back for two oil changes. The first change, hey left off my oil cap and got oil all over my engine. Then, yes broke my oil stick. I had 2 oil spills on my driveway and my car was back and forth in the shop for 3-4 days. The second oil change, my car came back with a quarter size dent in the door! Service said they could not even look at it for two weeks! I paid a third party out of my own pocket to remove the dent. I am scared to take my car back.

I had a great buying experience, but on the service side of the business, I was not pleased. My most recent and last visit to the service department was the worst. I received a call from my advisor telling me that one of the technicians dented my car when they were moving it. And to make matters worse, my advisor then tells me that they won't have any loaners for 2 weeks, and if I need a rental car, I would have to come out of pocket. I was highly dissatisfied at this point. After multiple calls to the service manager and the owner, I was then given a free rental through enterprise. I was completely disappointed for the simple fact that I had to go through all of this trouble for something that was not my fault.
Was in 3x for one repair and 4x for another repair and the car was purchased from them within the year.
They staff is very knowledgeable and they do what they say at the price they say it.
