Certified Auto Care
I started out with a pretty positive feeling about your company since my son-in-law recommended you as fair, honest and competent. When I came here the first time, I didn't mention the recommendation from my son-in-law, but I nevertheless found it to be true. I came in to have my clutch adjusted which a young employee did with a smile - while standing in the rain, no less, and charged me nothing because it took him only a couple of minutes. I didn't expect free service then and I don't now, but I certainly appreciated it. The principal benefit is a sense of confidence of your mechanics; they're specific about a problem with the car and what is necessary to fix it. I have not felt as though they were attempting to "put one over on me." --R. Willard.
