CD Player May Fail Due to Internal Fault in Radio on GMC Sierra 1500

CD player would not work. Replaced with aftermarket radio.

Took it in multiple times to diiferent dealers and each sent radio out to get repaired but it never was fixed. The cd works sitting still but when you drive, forget it. Still broke 60,000 miles later.

I have had my truck since new, my CD player quit working in year 2.
I have this same problem. I have not figured out what to do to fix it.
