The only way this could occur is if the Cat. Conv. was plugged, which can happen but it is rare that it would cause a no start condition. Cat. Conv. don't fail on their own, they are the result of another problem in the system. Read this article on this subject: So it would appear you likely have another problem causing the no start condition, and if the cat. conv. is bad, possibly causing that too. :
