CATS system stands for Computer Active Technology Suspension If sensors at the left front suspension strut tower are disconnected for any reason and the ignition key is turned on or if the sensors fail that display message will be displayed. There are only about 4 aftermarket scan tools that can read and deal with Jaguars in a meaningful way.
