Casey's Automotive
Based on a recommendation from a neighbor I wanted to give them a try as my car is 9 years old and beginning to need regular work. I wish I could say they were polite on the phone but I will not be using them. When I called to schedule an appointment the man on the phone simply said he was not interested in fixing my problem and hung up. No referral to a different shop, very curt, and click. I needed more than 1 thing done but I couldn't get that far into the conversation before I was hung up on. Maybe he was having a bad day? But I can't use someone who treats me like that.

Their quality of work and customer service seems excellent at first until you have a bigger job for them. They express that they're honest but honestly their not.
For example I had a job that required a radiator replacement. The dealer charges 292 for the radiator, and sells the radiator whole sale for 233. The owner told me no "don't buy it from the dealer I can get for you wholesale". Casey charges 338 for radiator which is about 45% above whole sale. I am okay with the mark up cause caseys has a business to run but I was quoted 734.00 for the total for 2.6 hours of labor. Okay caseys charges 96/hr with the 338 radiator its a total of 587.6. So when I questioned the line items of their pricing. They got really pissed off and said "They don't like customers beating them down bout their pricing..." So are they honest... I don't think so. BTW Repairpal.com says the job should cost should be "536 - 705" where 705 would be dealer price.
