Car went in for repair for a transmission issue. After 10 days and several phone calls I finally got my car back. In less than 6 weeks the issue came back. I took it back in and after another 7 days, including 2 missed due dates, they warrantied the part and the labor and told me they would not warranty either going forward. I was told if the problem happens again, contact tech-net and see if a shop outside of 25 miles from their location would warranty the work. They said it's not their fault if the part fails. Through the entire process I felt like they were taking their time and getting around to it when they felt like it. They would not have anyone work after hours, before hours, on the weekend or during breaks. They made no effort to make me feel that they valued me as a customer and didn't seem to care to have any repeat business from me. In the future, they may not want to try and take on jobs they are not experts in. They were obviously in over their head.
