2004 Volvo S40 Problems
The fuel pressure regulator can leak and cause a hard start condition, without any faults recorded in the engine computer.
The right front engine mount wears out prematurely, causing engine vibration at idle.
The engine may not start due to a failed starter control module. If the module has indeed failed, it will require replacement.

No smoke, or oil leak. Just replaced TRT UF303T ignition coil. Check engine light was off for the first 100 miles and back again. Mechanic said its the turbo and very expensive to replace.
I am having water pooling in the drivers side rear passenger floor board
And the front passenger floor board
I see from the posts that there is a tube from the sunroof
It might be clogged
How can I find this tube and possibly unclog it

2004 Volvo S40 Recalls
Volvo is recalling all models equipped with Garmin 760 Portable Global Positioning System units because the battery may overheat, which could lead to a fire. Volvo advises owners to stop using the Garmin device immediately and consult the Garmin website to determine if they have a defective unit. The unit's battery will be replaced and a spacer inserted to prevent the problem from reoccurring. This will be performed free of charge.
