Can i use a cutlass ciera intake fuel pump on a 940 93 volvo

Car ran out of fuel put gas would not startput fuel got crank no start (2 answers)

Replaced in take pump , replaced the relay fuse and the distributing cap and roto still won't start

the car runs for about 20 miles and then shut off and has to cool down to crank (1 answer)
