2007 Saturn Relay Questions

I am about to change the shocks and struts on this vehicle. Should I change out just the strut or the whole strut assembly, including the coil spring? Do I need a coil spring compressor if I change these out and will a front end realignment be required afterwards?

After I have turned on the seat heater for a while it feels like it is getting super hot. I don't want it to quit working like my other one did last year. It did the same thing. I have not yet found out why it quit working.

I am getting wet carpet more on the right than the left. Does anyone know where the A/C drain hose is on this vehicle or the Chevrolet Uplander minivans? I can't find the hose to see if it is plugged.

We have had numerous problems with our 2007 Relay. Wiring harness burned up, passenger sliding door major repair, brakes replaced at 20,000 miles, and recently driver sliding door had new sensors and harness repair and still does not work half the time. Sometimes the door will not stay shut !! We've also had the chime to continue to ring when the door is shut !! A real lemon it seems !!!

The electric sliding doors have a mind of their own, upon closing. Sometimes they close completely sometimes not. The steering creates a loud clunking under the van when turning the wheels. Have had an A/C leak at one of the line connections and have had to recharge the system. Other than these problems it it a fine vehicle.
