GM recommends replacing the engine coolant at 100,000 miles; however, our technicians tell us that the coolant may become contaminated and require a complete cooling system flush every 60,000 to 70,000 miles.

General Motors is recalling certain 2006–2007 Chevrolet Cobalt, Saturn Ion, and Pontiac G5 vehicles registered in Arizona, Nevada, California, Florida, and Texas because of a crack that could possibly develop on the plastic supply or return port of the fuel modular reservoir assembly. This crack could cause a fuel leak that could be observed dripping onto the ground in some cases, causing a possible vehicle performance issue and a fire hazard. Dealers will replace the fuel pump module free of charge.

I too have a 2007 Saturn ION and this is actually my 3rd Saturn. I've been very pleased with my cars, never had any trouble with my car. Routine mainentance is the key to maintaining any car I think. Maybe that's why my car is running so well. It's already got 87,000 miles on it too!

had my car for bout eight months now. i love this car..buy unfortunately ive been having problems with it lately. occasionally, it doesnt start not even attempts to roll over. i think it has to do with the security system..guessing this because of the fact that the security system light will constantly blink. i usually keep my keys onfor bout 10-15 minutes (or however long it takes for the light to stop blinking and disappear)..turn off keys..and immediately attempt to start it up again..this time it usually works. isnt all too hard to do..but it starts to become a pain in my ass after a while. never had this problem till ii replaced my stock stereo witih an after market stereo..this might be the cause of it..idk. either way..its bullshit. and sometimesmy stereo wont even turn on..not often..but often enough to me. my phone charger/lighter outlet in the front by the e-brake is giving me trouble too..seems like everything that i plug into it gets ruined somehow. i lost alot of money on chargers and lights because the outlet fucks em up. and of course the color codes to the cars wires are totally complicated to figure out..when trying to hook up an after market stereo. never seen a vehicle that had two harnesses..and never seen the color of their wires before.

presently having problems with suspected 2 front struts/assembly. diagnosed with leaking struts on both sides . Also, A/C warms when braking and vehicle shakes some when braking car.

this is our second saturn.no compaints at all.
