6 months after I purchase this van I had issues. I bough it right off of a lease it was2years old. I wouldn't ever but a Nissan again especially a used one from Paul miller Nissan.
Our repair shop has recently had issue with 04 quest burning out ign coils after 2 days of driving with replacement of all 6 coils. Thought we had defective coils so we replaced again, 2 days later same problem. Found ground cable from battery was completely broken off where it mounts to the transmission under the battery tray, resulting the eng to ground through the coil grounds burning them out. Replacing rear three coils 3 times was a treme...
A thumping heard and felt in the floor is often caused by failing engine mounts. A failing mount allows too much movement of the engine, and will require replacement.

Trying to see if front blower is burned up the fan switch was broke on high and I think it burned up the blower motor
2007 Nissan Quest RecallsFront Supension Attachment Bolts May Be Loose
The front suspension mounting bolts may not be torqued properly. This may result in a knocking noise and eventually a loss of steering control. Dealers will torque the front suspension bolts. The Nissan recall number is PB037. This recall began on July 2, 2007.
