The clutch fork and/or shaft assembly may break resulting in loss of clutch operation. Replacement of damaged parts will be necessary to correct this issue.
The plastic button on the seat belt buckle may crack and brake apart causing the seat belt to not release and/or buckle properly. If this occurs the affected buckle assembly will require replacement.

all of a sudden it seems as though the trans is stuck in 2nd. fluid is fine. not sure what else to check?
When i'm going around 40 mph the front end shakes. When i speed up to around 50 mph it stop.
The truck will rev up in park. when you put it in Drive and accelerate it just sits and idles. Some times it will accelerate just a little, very little. I have tried fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter, vacuum leaks, spark plugs and wires.
