The crankshaft position sensor may fail causing a no start and/or stalling condition. Replacement of the failed sensor will generally corrects this concern.
The power windows may fail, often related to moisture inside the door. Affected components will need to be replaced. If possible some type of moisture protection could be added to try and prevent repeat failures.
It is not uncommon for the clear coat paint on black vehicles to develop white spots and begin peeling. In most cases Mitsubishi will not cover out of warranty repairs for this condition.

Where are the attaching bolts? Does the seat have to be removed? The buckle will not hold the belt when it is inserted. There is no clicking sound, which usually occurs when the belt is inserted and locked. It DOES NOT LOCK.

The pipes that connect the transmission to the transmission cooler may corrode and leak. Transmission fluid leaking poses a fire hazard. Dealers will inspect the cooler pipe and replace it if anti-corrosion properties are found to be insufficient. This recall began during March, 2010.
