The covers of the grill that protect the front turns signals prevent the signals from being seen well enough. Dealers will replace the signal assemblies with improved ones optimized for usage with the grills free of charge to resolve the concern.
Micro cracks can develop in the fuel return hose at the fuel tank. Fuel may leak from these cracks, increasing the risk of a fire. Dealers will replace the affected fuel return hoses to correct this concern. This recall began on September 27, 2005. The Mercedes-Benz recall number is 2006080007.
